This story is true every piece of it. Hi, my name is Keyra and this is my story: Within this past year, I have been through a lot and I think it's time that I talk about. Maybe it will help me heal or at very least make someone feel they are not alone. **Trigger warning** This book is my journal entries meaning they are full of raw, unkempt emotions as well as mentions of the following disorders and symptoms: Depression, Generalized Anxiety, Borderline Personality Disorder, and Suicidal thoughts and acts.

I have always enjoyed writing. I started to seriously write poetry my sophomore year of high school. Writing has gotten my through a lot of hard times in life.
