When you're in the journey of being a teacher, becoming a teacher, or simply being someone who even though does not teach in front of a classroom and using a board, but does have the responsibility of contributing somehow in someone's life, and at the end of the day becomes a teacher. Decisions are the worst part. And we all know that. Let's begin by separating our personal life from this other life that involves others (being a teacher, in our case), that's the first great decision we all have to make almost every day. And things get even worst, when decisions seem to have to interfere with what we believe or believe to know. But, is this really what we should be doing? Are we supposed to separate our personal life from what we do? Should we get to a point where the interference is so big, we don't longer know either we are taking the correct action or we are just doing whatever it seems to solve the issue or make up the situation as soon as possible.
