In the most unlikely of places love begins to blossom... The calloused man and the rebellious young girl. Could this be any more cliché? Perhaps if you throw a few dwarves, a hobbit, and a wizard into the mix you might find yourself in the middle of an epic romance.

Jackie's an Elf. But.. Her parents were killed when she was 4 years old. The King Under the mountain at the time found her, a small elf-ling, close to death all alone at the edge of Mirkwood. Taking her home he raised the Elf as one of his own along with his son, and unable to properly pronounce her elven name they called her the closest thing they could to it, Jackie. Eventually she left to return to Mirkwood and joined the guard, but always returned when she could, dozens of Mountain Kings ruled and died, but she was good friends with all of them, some even as close as brothers or fathers. This was the case with her and Thorin, as close as siblings. When Thorin and his company are captured in Mirkwood it becomes harder and harder to hide her past from the dwarf hating society she now lives in, and misunderstandings with the prince arise. *New Note* Sequel has been posted, title; "Long Lost"

You did steal almost every last idea of mine. I DID NOT directly plagiarize you. I came up with the points, I had the idea to update periodically, and you even mimicked my first description of this. You copied MY idea for the facts for each day (or week). This makes you a hypocrite. And I can prove it. Look at the day I published this by scrolling over the bottom of the cover on this story. You may need to go to the first update for this. Now look at the first quiz(called "quiz time! XD) in "days to the desolation of smaug". The day I published this countdown is four or five days earlier. We both know that "days to the desolation of smaug" was originally only the first update, and that's it.

This is going to be a Lord of the Rings Fanfic story. The Fellowship continues their journey to destroy the ring, but after Gandalf is gone, things go wrong. The hobbits are taken and the Ring is in danger of getting into the hands of the enemy... Sauron. But where is Boromir after the fight of Amen Hen? He has disappeared without a trace. Will Gandalf return soon? What about the mysterious Gollum who seems to be lurking around where ever Frodo goes. Will he strike when the time is right and take the ring? The Fellowship got one purpose; to save the world. With them is Aspect, a skin-changer known to be both festive and rough. Just a school project I did on the Hobbit. We have to describe our characters that we made and give them a bit of a backstory. IRL, it's four pages long. Hope you like!

Okay I know what you are thinking yet another story where someone from our world gets sent into the Lord of the Rings world, and in this case you are right in thinking so. I however hope that my story will be slightly above the run of the mill another person in middle earth story. I have never written a Lord of the Rings story I usually stick to Pirates of the Caribbean. I have written some decend OC's for the world and thought I would try my hand at LOTR, I hope Gwyneth does not turn out to be Elizabeth. Please just give this chapter and maybe the next one a chance before deciding to bail on the story.
