I got this idea from a fanfic suggestion on @stardustsroses tumblr account and went with it. This is my summary: Jude and Cardan are expecting their first child in a months time and want to take advantage of the little amount of time they have together and enjoy each others company at a retreat. Vivi warns Jude this is a bad idea, but Jude is set that everything will be ok despite the nearing due date.

I always wondered what would have happened if Cardan had gone to the mortal world after banishing Jude to beg her to come back so I wrote a story about what would happen if he did. Yes, she does come back pretty early on, but don't worry there's a lot of agnst, drama and plot twists! If your a Jurdan fan give my fanfiction a go because.. why not? I update at least once a week. Jude and cardan from the cruel prince series are getting heirs, this takes place a year after prisoners throne ( if you have not read it then 9 years after queen of nothing ) spoilers for the folk of air trilogy and the prisoners throne ( which I will de brief a little in story so if you don't intend to read it then your all good) age rating- their will be romance like in wicked king 😊 this is not my characters or setting that belongs to the amazing Holly Black but this is my own plot.

This is a follow up to the fanfic "Jurdan - The Pain of Love" by jurdanfanfr. I do not know this person and do not know where they intended to take this story, but I wanted to make a follow up to it and finish it with how I picture the story was resolved in my mind. I highly recommend reading that fanfic for more context and also because it is very well written. I am not the best writer and this is my first fanfic, so please feel free to give feedback if you want. No explicit smut, I don't feel comfortable writing it.
