I recently played Helltaker and got immediately addicted to the characters, especially Beelzebub. I'll give you one guess on who the main character here is. I won't go down the Helltaker x Everyone since Beel will be out with her own affair, though I wouldn't be focusing on the harem anyway. Beel will be the strongest, but that doesn't mean she's invincible. She can't deal with Justice and Lucifer in a contest of brute strength, far from it.
