What if Adrian and Juleka had a brother and sisterly bond. For a long time the only close friends Gabriel approves for Adrian are Kagami, Chloe, and even Felix. But when Jagged Stone and his children make their mark and one of his kin makes a request, Gabriel not only uses this for his own advantage but Adrien ends up getting the sibling he deserves. Even Felix and Kagami too are fond of their new friend. (Sidenote, in this AU, the timeline takes place in season 5, Roarr, and Longg are in Marinette's care and they are not trapped in Gabriel's grasp, and Gabriel in this AU is a little nicer.)

None of the art in this book is mine. Saw the character art on a story that's not even Miraculous related, but it was almost exactly how I pictured her. And since I can't draw for shit, I've used other bits of artwork as references to what she looks like. (Shout out to the artist, too.) The art for the suit came from the fanfic I'm making this for. Shout out to that author. She's amazing 1,000,000 out of 10 for her book, and I'd recommend that you check it out. The pictures for images chapters are just from Pinterest, either drawn my OC over them or labelled, because, one again, I have below zero artistic skills.

Hawkmoth was tired of having to fight Ladybug and Chat Noir everyday with no success. He needed the miraculouses and he needed them fast. He and Mayura thought "what if there's another miracle box here in France?" little did he know, Nooroo and Duusu knew the answer to that question, and the answer was yes. In a river near Paris, a miracle box was hidden by Master Fu decades ago because of how powerful the miraculouses were, but it was a matter of time before the two heroes found out about it as well. Hawkmoth and Mayura fought hard to get the whole miracle box, but only managed to grab three. Ladybug took five but two others were missing and she didn't know who had them. She was desperate trying to find the Chameleon and Spider miraculouses, those being the strongest ones, until two mysterious heroes showed up while she and Cat Noir struggled to fight against the new and overpowering akumatized villain. Chamaeleo and Veuve Noire soon helped Ladybug and Chat Noir fight against Paris' supervillains.

I fell headfirst into the "maribat" "fandom" and you know what? I'm loving it! I stopped watching Miraculous Ladybug in season 3 and my knowledge in Batman is limited, but... let's give it a shot. Should Marinette know better? Probably. Her father, John Constantine, had raised her to know not to mess with magic, and even if he didn't, being cursed to be unable to lie when she was around 6 would have done the trick, but you can't really blame her for being chosen to wield the Ladybug Miraculous when she was 14. Can you blame her for not telling her father or the JL right away? Probably. Now Marinette has been hiding the "Paris Situation" from her father and other magical family members for 2 years, dealing with all the aftermath of magic on her own. At least the Justice League discovered there is something wrong on their own and sent Superboy and Robin to help out. Hopefully, things will get easier from now on... (The Batgirls will take a while to show because my knowledge about them is limited to fanfictions)
