The new caper didn't go as planned for V.I.L.E, then again; they had picked the wrong lab to break into. Not to mention they have picked the wrong town too. Carmen Sandiego is suddenly not the only person they should worry about, there is apparently another red hair to stay clear from.

Carmen and Julia have a long talk on the beach in the fading sun, grappling with their feelings, worries, and fears.

The last thing Graham Calloway remembers is being shot with the crackle rod by a brain-washed Carmen Sandiego. He wakes up in a hospital, where the Chief of A.C.M.E. lets him know that Carmen is okay. Graham eventually speaks to Carmen himself and they decide to go their separate ways, though the decision is painful for them both. But they aren't apart for long before V.I.L.E. rears its ugly head. Danger once again causes their paths to meet, and Graham and Carmen find that their feelings might run deeper than just friendship. Black Sheep helps her realize that VILE has more to it than what she's seen. Together they escape the island. Dedicating their skills to stopping the organization from doing any more harm alongside their recruits, Zack, Ivy and the white hat hacker Player. It's gonna be gay and then gayer. You thought that was gay but no theres gonna be a chapter thats gayer.
