Natalie Goodman has been seeing the same man on Halloween for as long as she can remember. No matter where she goes, he always manages to show up, and it's only ever on October 31st. One year, Natalie decides that enough is enough and decides to confront him about his consistent appearances. Wesley Hastings has been trapped for 99 years. Most spirits get to go back and watch over their families each Halloween after they die, and only those most special of loved ones get to see them again. Unfortunately for Wesley, he's stuck in Willowville, and there's nobody for him there. Every year, he spends 24 hours on his own, missing his loved ones. But what happens when Natalie finds Wesley, and he realizes there's someone who can see him when he comes back to the mortal world? Will they find a way to bring Wesley to his family? Or will he be spending Halloween in Willowville forever?
