Luke's parents don't understand his dream. Their dream. The boys would do anything for Sunset Curve to become legends. Julie didn't expect her life to change when she found a 17 year old boy hiding out in her mom's old studio. Like most normal people, she expected herself to scream, call the cops, find her dad, etc., but instead, she sat with him and listened. And they bonded like she's never bonded with anyone before. In this high school AU, three goofy boys change one girl forever.

Julie and her boys head their way to the first day of collage. Their objective is to never I repeat, NEVER!! Tell their darkest secret. The night of the Orpheum was two years ago. Banishing Caleb was only 12 months behind them. When Julie takes her first steps into LFC, she notices three girls that will soon become her best friends. One out of the three seems to notice Reggie's particular charm. Another gal awaits to meet another boy who had the same intrest as her. And for the last girl? She has a secret yet to be uncovered. And what if when Rose (their mom died) Julie pushed Peyton aside and pretty much cut her out of her life the best she could? And because of this they ended up living completely different lives. Peyton is popular and in Dirty Candy with Carrie as a co lead, still dating Nick Adams, the captain of the lacrosse team and she puts a lot of time and effort into her music and other art related things. Now she, Carrie and Nick are seniors in high school and Carrie and Peyton are trying to break into the music industry while Nick is trying to lead the lacrosse team to another championship win. While Julie on the other hand is on the complete other end of the spectrum. Since her mom died she hasn't played any music and she only talks to Flynn, her dad and her little brother. Now Julie is a junior and her music teacher told her that if she doesn't sing or play some form of music in her next class then she will be kicked from the program until next semester. The two sisters are still at odds with each other a year later but now it's different. Peyton has made up her mind: she has decided that if Julie doesn't wanna have her in her life then she'll be out of it as much as she can. Sure Peyton had been doing this a bit but after so much rejection she decided to give up. Plus let's not forget Julie has some potential new friends in the form of a ghost band. Will they be able to help her reconnect with music and be able to fix her relationship with her sister? Or will it be too late to fix it and they'll just end up always divided? "I mean we aren't doing beauty and the beast anymore," said Miss Jenn sternly as she turned around and handed the new scripts to everyone. Everyone is seventeen and EJ is there because Miss Jenn asked him to and he can manage both his studies and theatre at once.

The life of a butterfly is one people often undermine. A special person in my life once told me about how one night changed his life, but it was up to debate whether the change was for better or worse in the beginning. This fanfiction will pick up where the characters left off, and I will do my best to write them in a way that stays true to who they are while giving you something more. Both Luke and Julie have unknowingly been rivals for a full-ride music scholarship to Julliard. However, the death of their mothers both put them in a funk and making music became as easy as understanding the concept of astrophysics: impossible. When the high school holds auditions for a musical that could complete their eligibility for the scholarship, they have no choice but to try out. IVY MOLINA - LUKE PATTERSON - Ivy is basically Julie's character. I changed the name so it could be a little more personal. I honestly love the show so much but I wanted to see what would happen if Julie was not in high school anymore but a 20 year old girl. I basically wanted to see how it would be if the characters were around my age honestly ahah So the storyline might be changed a bit so it would fit their age. Hope you like it !! ♡
