This is just a one-shot to get out my angst with these two wonderful, complicated Romans. I've banished them to Hell, mostly because that's how it goes with Dante's inferno. (Which I know little of, so I just wrote a simple Hell that I'd imagined.) I love these two, and love them greater together. Enjoy, if you will. Laugh, even, when you realize that this is part of your life now. Not my creation, but the whole shipping historical figures, thing.

The Tragedy of Julius Caesar (First Folio title: The Tragedie of Iulius Cæsar) is a history play and tragedy by William Shakespeare, believed to have been written in 1599. It is one of several plays written by Shakespeare based on true events from Roman history, which also include Coriolanus and Antony and Cleopatra. Although the play is named Julius Caesar, Brutus speaks more than four times as many lines as the title character; and the central psychological drama of the play focuses on Brutus' struggle between the conflicting demands of honour, patriotism, and friendship. Cover by the wonderful @SaadSohail_.

GUYS THIS STARTS GETTING PROOFREAD AROUND CHAPTER 11 I PROMISE! Also if you're looking for the good stuff it starts at chapter 7 Julius and Julian Caesar of Portland, Oregon aren't exactly normal 19-year-olds- No, they're anything but normal. When they split up in June 1937, at the age of 18, their already shaky brotherly relationship came to a complete close. * * * 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝗶𝘂𝘀 became a researcher and undercover murderer/criminal. He studies anomalies- stuff that's happening in town. He writes his research results and theories in his notebooks. There's something VERY wrong with Portland, and not just taxes. Now, Julius isn't one to murder without good reason. And when the right reason comes, you'd best believe that he'll be right behind you. 𝗕𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗬𝗼𝘂 * * * 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻 became a serial criminal and con artist. After constantly switching locations (he got banned in multiple states), he finally settled in Pennsylvania. Living in a run-down apartment without any cash, a job, and food, he had to find a way to make money, and fast. It isn't easy being on the run. 𝗥𝘂𝗻 * * * After about a year, when the brothers finally reunite in Portland, their relationship still feels very rocky. They apply for jobs, and (quite surprisingly for Julian), get them. That's how Rookie Police Officer Julius Caesar and Movie Theatre Worker Julian Caesar ended up going to Portland State University together and making friends with the one and only Julia Mathers. P.S. This has nothing to do with THE Julius Caesar, I just loved his name 😇 P.P.S. This is my first story that isn't a Harry Potter fanfiction so be supportive 😭

Everyone knows about Julius Caesar: the man, the myth, the legend. His great conquests and victories, his ideas and improvements. His life was brought to an end at the hands of the senators, but his legacy was never forgotten. Now, in the 21st Century, 14 year old July Marcellus thinks nothing of the little Latin references she sees in class or her fascination with history, but the world seems to think differently. After all, all souls return, and whose to say you aren't one of them? Playlist: https://open.spotify.com/playlist/1o6sBiYP7ZDie5tVJMkHVq?si=5aaf960b36884fe9

So we're reading the play Julius Caesar in school and I really love the story....... but not the Shakespearean language. So, I decided to rewrite the play in modern times, with different (and occasionally gender-bent) characters, and with my own random ships. So, I made this basically a Julius Caesar gang AU set in NYC. So yay!!!

When joining the conspiracy, Brutus makes three mistakes: not establishing an oath within the group, not killing the fearsome yet dashing Marc Antony, and not including Senator Cicero in on on the fun. But his gravest mistake of all may have been falling for the tyrant Cassius, who made him believe that killing his lifelong friend and mouth-date Caesar would be for the good of Rome. Does Brutus realize his mistakes, or does his honorability cease to matter in the end?

Roman mythology is the body of traditional stories pertaining to ancient Rome's legendary origins and religious system, as represented in the literature and visual arts of the Romans. The Romans usually treated their traditional narratives as historical, even when these have miraculous or supernatural elements. The stories are often concerned with politics and morality, and how an individual's personal integrity relates to his or her responsibility to the community or Roman state. Heroism is an important theme. When the stories illuminate Roman religious practices, they are more concerned with ritual, augury, and institutions than with theology or cosmogony. This book contains how the Roman myth created, the story of Romulus and Remus, Roman gods and many other Roman mythology, including the legendary Julius Caesar, The Punic War and Pompeii. 2021 -Completed-

The very first trailer for the upcoming biopic on mighty Julius Caesar of Rome! Be onlookers of his rampage throughout Africa and the Middle East as he denies the armies of Pompey and his sons, and his journey home where death awaits. A tragedy written best by William Shakespeare himself, this trailer is inspired by Vice, starring Christian Bale and Steve Carell. Disclaimer: this was meant to be the script of an undeveloped English project video.
