So when Harry arrived in the afterlife he was given a choice pass on and be at rest with his loved ones or be reborn into another world not unlike his own. A world were magic is everything and he would have total freedom to explore without fear of the statue of secrecy to deter him. Along the way he makes friends forms bonds and even finds love.
