Day and June have been friends for as long as they can remember. They do everything together, birthdays, weekend sleepovers, even family dinners. Now they are in high school and life is good. They are just normal teenagers, trying to make it through each school day. That is, until the unthinkable happens and Day's life falls to pieces. But it will be Ok, because June will be there to help him through his troubles. They will always help each other. This is going to be kind of a slow burn, double pining, friends to lovers situation. [SPOILERS FOR LEGEND TRILOGY + REBEL] This isn't *that* much of an AU. I only changed a few minor things because I felt like it (basically, Day never cuts his hair, and he never moves to Antarctica, and maybe some other small things), the story isn't changed *that* much. Nothing changes from the original trilogy's story, at least. If you don't see a cover that's because wattpad is being STINKY and NOT LETTING ME upload the image.. most unfortunate. Note: As of 2024, I can't believe I wrote this 10 years ago. The phrasing is cringeworthy! Someone edit this! Thank you Marie Lu for continuing your story. When Champion ended, Legend fans were left in tears because of its bitter-sweet ending. Right? Most of us wanted the story to continue to know what happened when June and Day crossed paths ten years later. Didn't you? So read on to find out!!!
