At first, it's hard for her to adjust, but being paired with the top baseball player makes things a little easier in the friendship department. Until she falls for him. Holden's entire life revolves around swimming. To him, getting a swim scholarship is the only thing that matters since without it, college is out of the question. To forget his home life Holden surrounds himself with friends and the occasional girlfriend. When he gets paired up with Kristy, he can't help feeling the need to play a prank on her. Holden didn't mean for the prank to go to far. Kristy didn't realize the person she fell for is a lie.
