"Everything I've ever let go of has claw marks on it." High school meant Steve Harrington wasn't a kid anymore; if he wanted to be somebody in Hawkins, he had to be with the somebodies. That was just the way of things. So he made himself into somebody, even if it wasn't him. Four years later, he'd given up trying to be popular. It just didn't...fit like it was supposed to. The petty games were exhausting. The 'friends' he made were just downright cruel. He really tried with Nancy. Naturally, when things started getting weird in Hawkins, he was thrown headfirst into the nerdiest group at Hawkins High-Mike Wheeler and company. Everything was upside down, in more ways than one. He even found himself a sidekick; Dustin Henderson was unapologetic and loud and himself, and made Steve feel like maybe he was starting to get things right. He was starting to get used to demogorgons and slithering vines of death and giant spider-octopus hybrids made of smoke and fear. He had his baseball bat-ol' Trusty Rusty-after all. "Then do it." June challenged, watching Flame's eyebrows shoot up. "I don't think you're as tough as you want everyone to think. You want to hurt me? Do it." The fire in her hand grew, and June watched it with bated breath. She was inviting the town's best known villain to do whatever she wanted with her. It was a dangerous move, and she was scared, but a large part of her trusted that she wouldn't get hurt. The same person who ratted herself out every week would not kill her. They stared at each other. Despite all her talk, Flame seemed hesitant to make the first move. It calmed June just enough to let her guard down, which proved to be a mistake when Flame reached out with her other hand, twirling some of June's hair around her finger. "You're awfully brave." Flame murmured, not looking up at her. June's eyes stayed locked on the hand that was still on fire in front of her. She felt entranced by the way the flames licked up her wrist, not catching her sleeve on fire but not melting it, either. June chanced a glance at her face, just to see if she looked like she was in pain, but when she met the other girl's eyes, she saw only amusement. Cover by @peachspit

Leaf is champion of four other regions. She heads to the Unova region to become the champion there as well. She meets with Bianca and Cheren and they help her along the way. But she can't become champion quite yet. The Team Plasma guys are trying to "liberate" pokemon. And then the mysterious N comes along. He talks of legends and a "new" Unova region. Hello and welcome to my "dream project". I am a high school student who had an idea for a story. And today I finally decided to write it. And I don't mean write, edit, and edit again (like I used to do). I hope that this story will finally be finished. And now, what it is actually about... Juniper was a nymph who got a letter from the king of the gods telling her that her life was basically a lie. She ends up going to school and having the typical teenage drama. However, when a competition comes... Well, read to find out...

Juniper Hanson will never forget the day her entire life fell apart. It was the day she lost her ability to trust. With the memories of her horrible past creating new wounds, she promises herself not to make contact with anyone she hasn't me before for her last year of high school. It's the only way she can keep herself safe. But when Aidan Sawyer moves to Fernville, Juniper believes that her promise is soon about to be broken. A mysterious girl that can bad mouth like it's her second language isn't something Aidan can drop easily. Using his devilish charms, he begins to dig around the corners. He is determined to get under her skin but will Juniper let him?

Hey, guys, its Juniper here and I just wanted to give you the rundown of a few things. 1. I was abducted by aliens. 2. Aliens are pretty shit. 3. There is a really pretty boy here named Miles. 4. The aliens are trying to know all of our weaknesses, all of our strengths but we can't let them 5. If your ever in my position, do not trust the aliens, they are only going to cause you pain. 6. Don't believe what you see. 7. Hold your breath when you smell sage.

Juniper finds villains relatable. She finds them interesting. And she hates her quirk.

Juniper is a young teenage girl, thrust into a world of magic and confusion. Always knowing that she was different - after all, she can control fire - she never really fit in anywhere. After she's whisked away to Purple Night Academy she finds her place. However, being unable to read, write or speak makes her just a little more mysterious. She knows nothing about her heritage yet everyone else seems to know her, which makes her popular despite her inabilities. Just as she begins to fit into her new life and her new story, things go pear shaped. Can she find who she is before her Moment?
