Byakuya Togami already understood the fact, he likes Makoto. He's a bit upset at himself for choosing a male and not a female, but confesses to Makoto anyway. Thinking he'll have the same feelings. But on the other side of the coin, Kyōko has admitted to herself, she likes Makoto. She goes to confess, but Byakuya is already there. Both of them confessed.
