While practically home alone that day, they decide to play the tapes and end up following along the adventures of a friend group in the summer of 99'. 1999: It's the summer before the turn of the century. Seventeen year old Ham Jiwon and her younger brother Jinsik are forced to stay with their aunt and cousin Junmin for the summer out of town. The siblings had been through a lot back home so they see this as an opportunity to get away for a while, to go back to a place they hadn't been to since they were kids. While there that summer Jiwon encounters her cousin's best friend, the neighbor boy who lives with his grandmother, a boy named Minjae.
