Kugo Sakamata(aka)Gang Orca was on a mission on the outside of coast of Japan when he heard about poachers poaching wild Orcas. He couldn't let his brothers and sisters be killed by these sea hunters. So he sets out to sea with his squad along with a few of his students that are in his hero agency Jurio and Shouji. Then suddenly they find a lost orca child alone in the ocean that was rescued by wild Orcas.
