This is the first light novel to my anime mcd fanfic as it includes side stories about different characters and events that happened before book 1 or after book 1. In another story this takes place before the main series where Zane, Aphmau, Katelyn and Garroth and Jeffory are teenage relic hunters as they decide to explore a local mystery surrounding a haunted temple as the third story revolves around how Balto and Laurence met each other when they were kids and how they became friends. The fourth story follows Aphmau and Aaron planning to hook up Balto and Ken by sending them on a literal blind date which ends up taking a chaotic turn.

Katelyn, the FireFist, is hanging out with Janus, the Silver Death. They were really close. Katelyn was really over protective of Janus. Last days she was having nightmares of Janus dying. Later on, she gets along with Garroth and Ivan. Zane keeps an eye on them so they won't get carried away.
