But the people who look at me--with their faces covered in soot and debris, and with one who has attempted to drive herself insane and the other looking like he's on the verge of doing the same--they give me nothing. Our leader, who has been trying to get us this whole time to budge while we were lying on the broken street, finally has had enough. "Get up. Stop sulking. We're gonna find that damn tower if its the end of me," she says. And with our situation, the other and I decide that we have nothing else to lose, so we pick ourselves up and follow after her as she grumbles something like, "There's no time for pity-parties", and, " They're not even dead." My gut feeling tells me to believe her. It's never wrong.
