Villains from the future who forced a Green Lantern named Jessica Cruz to release their leader from Green Lantern imprisonment. Luckily, they were defeated by the more confident Jessica Cruz with the help of StarBoy who sacrificed himself to prevent the sun from exploding. A month after those events, the 7 league founders received strange energy readings of unknown origins. The team of heroes discover a destroyed ancient and hidden civilization named "Vigor City" hidden behind beautiful snow tipped mountains and in a beautiful valley next to a lake somewhere in North America. They find the last and only survivor, a young 11-year-old girl named Aurelia in suspended animation inside. She was not born but was created by the orb of vigor when she was just 3 years old. Since then, she has been raised by the Eternal Guardians. Now, she must mold herself into becoming her own hero within a new society with different people, places, customs and possibly a new family within the league. Especially with the Martian manhunter who despite leaving the league to explore the world, starts to see him as a father.
