Mei had always been a quiet girl, mostly keeping to herself. Life changed when she met Lia. Lia was bright, full of laughter, and always had a smile. When Mei's mother passed away, she felt lost and alone in her grief. But Lia came into her life like a warm ray of sunshine, helping Mei find joy again amidst her sadness. They quickly became best friends. In return, Mei became Lia's confidant, hearing about her adventures in school and struggles with love. However, as time went on, Mei started to feel something more for Lia. It was confusing. What began as a deep friendship blossomed into something that made Mei's heart race. She loved the way Lia laughed, the way her eyes sparkled, and how she made everything feel right. But Mei liked being friends more than anything and feared that revealing her feelings would ruin their perfect bond. But fate had a different plan for them. Mei decided to leave and live with her dad and continue her study in another country leaving Lia. And when they meet again, will things change? Or will everything just remain in the past, long forgotten?
