Maya Oakley is sent by her organization, Haze Innovative Connections (HIC), to assist Fenix. Fenix is a company that has built a Kamen Rider system to face the Deadmans, an organization trying to revive a great evil into the world once again. Once there, Maya has to locate her target for her assignment, Ikki Igarashi, and meet with George Karizaki about the Kamen Rider System. Once in Japan, she finds herself in an unwanted position that may just force out some nasty secrets.
