While on patrol in the somewhat splendiferous city of Sunset City, superhero not-so-extraordinaire Solar Ray (one of the only superheroes in the city), runs into some lowlife crooks. All they're doing is robbing a bank, the usual stuff for them. After dealing with them, he finds himself to be a bit exhausted. There was more than last time, and he doesn't know why. Is there something going on/down in the criminal underworld? Did the lead crook get some extra cash and hire some new hands? Well whatever it is, it's been happening a lot lately, so Solar Ray decides he needs to get some help. He decides he needs.. a sidekick. Will Solar Ray find the perfect sidekick?
