In this AU, Izuku is given the quirk to alter material around him and himself. This FanFic is gonna start very cheery but I plan to make it darker and darker. And sometimes kinda scary stuff. Unlike His older twin brother Izuku, Ichiro was born with a quirk. Just one that his doctor told no one but Ichiro himself.
