After Shohoku won the Shohoku match with Shoyo, Kaede's fans started doing crazy things to give Kaede a potion. However, their plan was overheard by Hanamichi and Yohei. Then the tragedy occurred, causing Hanamichi, Kaede and Yohei to turn into women forever. What will they do in their situation? What will their destiny?

The story took place about a year after Akagi, Mitsui and Kogure retired, Shohoku Basketball Team is set to prepared themselves for making back into the Inter High again with the arrival of three new freshmen.
