They were had accident drink potion on their bottles that make by Kaede's fangirls. It had cause the chaos when Hanamichi, Kaede and Yohei had turn into a female forever. Then the tragedy occurred, causing Hanamichi, Kaede and Yohei to turn into women forever. What will they do in their situation? What will their destiny?

Sendoh Akira was the ace of team Ryonan. He was so popular in Ryonan High school. He was always focus on his basketball. Until one day, he was coming late in practise game between Shohoku and Ryonan. He had been nagged by his coach. After he change his clothes, he was suppose to line up when Hikoichi seem happily dragging a beautiful red hair girl to see him. It make Sendoh froze to see how beautiful of her who name Hanako Sakuragi. Not only her face, her personality had caught his attention make him fall in love in a first sight. What can Sendoh do? Will he make Hanako like him?

Shohoku had win against Takahata High. Even so, there was an accident that caused by Kaede's fangirl. They were throw the potion on Kaede, Hanamichi and Yohei make them passed out as their gender transform to female. The crowds especially Kiyota, Jin, Hikoichi and Taoka were witness of their gender. Hanamichi, Kaede and Yohei were accept their fate as a female forever. Yet they will face the crisis as they make three aces which be Maki Shinichi, Sendoh Akira and Soichiro Jin fallen in love with them. What will Hanamichi, Kaede and Yohei or Yoko do? Will they accept their love?

Maki Shinichi was the captain of Kainan and also no 1 player in Kanegawa. He was the strongest player who hard to get defeated by other player. One day, he was watching Shohoku. He had caught someone who grab his attention make him attracted at her who name Hanako Sakuragi. He seem interested in her games. He had admit that he fallen in love at her because Hanako was his first love. What will Maki do? Will he confess his feeling toward Hanako?

Ryoko Iwasaki is a second-year player of Ryonan Ladies Basketball Team. She is an excellent ace player. Even though she is Akira Sendoh's girlfriend. She wore number 7 because of Akira Sendoh. She used to wear number 15 during her rookie year and now she changed her jersey number by the time on her second year.

Hanako Sakuragi and Hikari Sakuragi were twin sisters. They were Himiko's little sisters. Hanako seems to start to start like basketball because of a spike hair boy named Sendoh. She seems to fall in love with Sendoh at first sight. Same as Hikari when she had a little accident with Kaede. What will Hanako and Hikari do? Will they go to their path since it was their first love?

The story took place about a year after Akagi, Mitsui and Kogure retired, Shohoku Basketball Team is set to prepared themselves for making back into the Inter High again with the arrival of three new freshmen.
