Tobio Kageyama is a ghoul and an heir to Miyagi prefecture, who is freaking out about the rising ghoul attacks as well as the increased number of doves in the area. On top of all of this, his best friend, who has recently discovered his secret and wants to help him as much as he can... but keeps getting himself into dangerous situations. Tobio is now forced to keep an eye on him and protect him from harm.
