Synopsis: Operation Harmony "When the Law is Framed, Justice must go Underground." A colossal Space Kaiju descends upon the city, marking the start of a massive, coordinated crime-breach. The S.P.D. (Special Police Dekaranger) reacts instantly, but they walk straight into a digital and psychological minefield. The Prejudice Roidmude and the Scientist Legend Alienizer have executed the ultimate "Frame-Up." Using the identity-stealing powers of Rise Roidmude, they broadcast fake evidence that paints the Dekarangers as the true architects of the city's destruction. Even the notorious Agent Abrella is left in the shadows, claiming a phantom is mimicking his business and stealing his identity to fund a racial war between humans and aliens. As the city burns, a "Psychological Virus" tears the S.P.D. apart from the within. Brainwashed and disillusioned, the Dekarangers turn on Doggie Kruger, forcing the team into a desperate refugee status within their own DekaBase. With the Galactic Police communication lines severed and the city falling into a "Slowdown," Doggie Kruger places his final hope in a local legend. Ban (DekaRed) and Tetsu (DekaBreak) are sent on a top-secret mission to Tokyo to find the one man who can see the heart behind the machine: Detective Tomari Shinnosuke (Kamen Rider Drive). Two worlds of justice must now collide. To clear their names and stop the Prejudice Roidmude's final experiment, the Dekarangers and the Special Investigations Unit must become ghosts in their own city-hunting the truth before the "Judgment: Deletion" becomes permanent.
