In 1999 the forgotten United Nations monster hunting group called MONARCH is sent out to the Philippines to study an egg that recently hatched but it seems the the creature inside has been gone for a few days. In Japan an American family experiences a death caused by two creatures one being the lightning spewing giant dinosaur Godzilla the other being a nasty insectoid parasite called MUTO 15 years later the horrors from the past are unleashed to the world. (no relation to the Godzilla vs Kong story I wrote as this is the start of something I'm calling Kaijuverse)

This is a story about the Red Falcon organization, which has been studying Kaiju and DaiKaiju for over a hundred years! Once, in 2089, two annoying treasure seekers named Lokren and Oran steal an ancient gold amulet in the form of a moth from an ancient temple in China and want to sell it abroad, but it turns out that a huge copy of the amulet - a giant sized moth Mothra - decides to return its thing and punish thieves. The owner of the Falcon, Miss Emilia Watson, sends an experienced Duane and a new employee of the organization Margo, who has an incredible gift, to the expedition. This story is part of the "Kaiju Universe" - a fictional universe (This is not fan fiction!), where there are such famous monsters as Godzilla, Motra, Rodan and King Gidora. All rights reserved!

The sequel to Godzilla, King of the Monsters picks up five years later, where many are in favor of exterminating Godzilla and all the other Kaiju like him. The scientific organization Monarch however believes Godzilla and some other Kaiju to be benevolent and is against killing them. When the eco-terrorist Alan Jonah and his team, APEX, steal the ORCA, a sonar device developed to communicate with Titans, Monarch pursues the terrorists to Outpost 32 in Antarctica: the resting place of the colossal Monster Zero. They are unable to stop Monster Zero from being unleashed, after which the three-headed demon awakens many of the other dormant Kaiju around the globe and bends them to his will. Now, Monarch must work alongside Godzilla and his mystical ally Mothra and the fire spitting Rodan to stop Monster Zero and his pawns before the entire global ecosystem is destroyed.

Akane Yashiro, a San Francisco survivor and now a member of the military, isn't enthusiastic about her position in Monarch. She deals with survivor's guilt due to the 2014 attacks and her inability to fight when the team is up against Godzilla. Then, out of the blue, she is selected as one of the top candidates to pilot one of the few prototype machines that have been in development One of them is a mechagodzilla by the name of SHIRYU. When Akane accepts the proposal and chooses to pilot the massive machine, she is thrust into the large scale battlefield against the titans. At the same time, she and Monarch delve deeper into the Hollow Earth realm to discover many secrets. One of them that has been hidden for centuries might have the potential to pose a threat to to the titan's existence and humanity as they know it.
