Okay so a friend of mine held me gunpoint for this so um To begin Here is some context Basically i begun talking about the scene in season four where he takes the staff and it's slowly corrupting his mind or something and we went "WOAH what if we make this a minor sidequest that they should go on n save Kai n literally half of ninjago from a drought" and so we made this AU with just a minor change basically What happens to the actual threat?? The fake Anacondrai?? They defeat those without Kai, Don ask how they just do So she asked me to sortof uh write a Antag Kai x Zane story so here I am doing just that because yes um yeah This will suck Because antag x protag is really not my thing So um yeah

This is a story about the ninjas from ninjago age regressing

Kai is a hothead and everyone thinks he's the coolest brother ever right? Almost, Kai has gained the romantic interest of two of his teammates. Cole and Zane to be specific and the two are fighting for the right to kiss him! and Kai? Well he is so oblivious it is a worry. When he does find out eventually it's even more of a worry. The worry being is if one of them kidnap him to be their boyfriend, but they would never do that. Right?

Kai's heart ached as the snow begins to fall. It's been a year, yet this gloom over him was still there. It haunted him every moment of his day. Sleep wasn't an option either. His heart wilted more day by day as he grieved the loss of his loved one. And so...the ninja said goodbye to their reckless antics and childish state of mind, because now they were role models. Not just to all of Ninjago, but to the little heathens that were next in line. I should really lay off the story making I think I have a serious problem😃

After a devastating event in the middle of the Time Twins arc, Kai finds himself mysteriously transported back to the beginning of Ninjago's timeline - waking in the wilderness with two young dragons, Ash and Surf, who share a soul-deep bond with him but don't recall their origins. With memories up to the Skybound arc (even though he is from the Twins of Time arc, but he doesn't remember), but no clue how he got back, Kai must walk the line between changing fate and preserving the timeline. More mature, patient, and inwardly burdened, he makes it his mission to protect his loved ones from the pain he only remembers. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- this is inspired from KittyDemon9000 on ao3, "So A Traumatized Teen And Two Dragons Get Sent Back In Time" name of the story Ash and Surf belong to her I just borrowed the idea from her the story is good you should try and read it (cover isn't mine)

The ninja is now on a quest for the Fang Blades to stop the Serpentine and Pythor, the last Anacondrai. After releasing the Serpentines is released by Lloyd. Kai guides Lloyd with brotherly warmth. As each ninja unlocks their true potential, Kai watches with quiet pride, remembering these events differently.
