Mafuyu Sato, the lead vocalist and one of the guitarists in the band Given, gets a case of stage fright while preparing for their first concert on their really big tour with his other bandmates, Ritsuka Uenoyama, their guitarists and Mafuyu Sato's boyfriend, Haruki Nakayama, their bassist and Akihiko Kaji's boyfriend, and Akihiko Kaji, their drummer and Haruki Nakayama's boyfriend. While checking to see how things were going out in the audience from backstage, Mafuyu gets really nervous and runs away. Uenoyama is encouraged by their other band members to go after his boyfriend and help comfort and calm him down. I do not own the characters or anything like that. I only own the writing. This is also a very cute and very wholesome Given oneshot. This is my first time writing something like this so please don't judge me. Also if you haven't watched the anime(bc that is what I've done. I was an Honor student, and many has high expectations from me. And above all, I never liked Music. The loud mixed sounds made by the instruments that always gives me chills down my spine every time it hits my ears, I just don't like it. As an Honor student, it bothers me every time those irritating sounds play, distracting me from my peaceful study. But that changed when something happened to my brother. My brother who I adored so much. Who died because of some stupid argument. I witnessed a crying shame that winter morning. The sight of my brother who was hanging from the ceiling and his lover staring at his lifeless body, clutching his guitar until the string broke. It was a sight I could never forget. He was the one that gave me light in my darkest days. He was the one that lifted me up when I was so down. He was the one that helped me when I am in need. He was the one that fixed me up when I was in the brink of breaking down. But I paid him no mind, him and his loud music, when he was asking for help with money. I ignored him when he was failing academics. I ignored him when he was drinking his woes away. Where was I when he needed me the most? If only I were a better brother who he can rely, All of this wouldn't happen.
