Ever since the existence of Kaiju was discovered, the Defense Force has been struggling to understand where they came from and why some are hostile, while others show no desire to harm humanity. When Izuku Midoriya, also known as Deku, joins the Defense Force alongside some of his closest friends, a shocking truth begins to surface. The Kaiju are not acting on random instinct. Something, or someone, is influencing them. As their missions grow more dangerous, Deku and the others uncover an ancient cycle buried deep in history.
