Times are troubling for the Student Council as a new victim has entered Hyakkaou Private Academy. In recent events, Hanako Surikobami has managed to take down Yumeko Jabami herself-twice.-this peeks the interest of Kirari Momobami, which is bound to lead into some gambling chaos. ❀ " Who is that girl?"
