Pilipino laban sa dayuhan, walang kasiguraduhan. Mga bayaning namamaalam, sugod lamang kahit oras ay sayang. Pag-ibig sa digmaan, may puwang pa bang masisilayan? Lalo na't kalayaan ay hindi kayang kamtam. Liwanag na galing sa araw at buwan, nauubos hindi na mabigyan. Idagdag pa ang sinagtalang wala ng kinang. Paano lalaya ang inang bayan? Mga tanong ay walang kasagutan.
