A past relationship that still eats a girl up. A letter from one sister to another, about what she went through. A lonely person, whose life has become too much to bear. Kalopsia (Pronounced ka-lop-sE-a): noun. The delusion of things being more beautiful than they really are. The world around us is changed by our perception. There are things our eyes simply cannot perceive and so we do not see them. Our brains sometimes skip over that which we have no understanding of. Therefore, our perception of the world is distorted by our understanding and experiences. There are things that exist out there. Things that we cannot conceive of. We are so focused on names and material things that we miss the essence of the world. We miss out on wonderful experiences. This is my story- my name has long been forgotten, but our actions have not.

Dunia memang tak pernah cukup untuk manusia walaupun seluruh isinya sudah dalam genggaman. Hidup sederhana membuat gadis itu hampir membunuh masa depannya hanya karena imajinasi dan bayang-bayang kenikmatan dunia. Tersadar hanya sebuah hayalan. Seyya selalu memikirkan cara agar hidupnya lebih hidup baik baginya, keluarga ataupun akhirat. Tapi karena hidupnya yang sederhana membuat gadis cantik itu tak mampu berbuat apa-apa selain berdoa pada maha penguasa langit dan bumi. [Deadly Kalopsia] "Your beautiful." The word flew from my lips before I was able to restrain myself. Chrollo looked bewildered. The expression he made was priceless, his eyebrows had raised and his mouth was drawn into a forced line yet I could tell the edges of his lips had twitched into a smile. "Am I now?" he tilted his head and used his hand to tilt my head up to look directly into his dark eyes. "Yes, you are beautiful." ... "Have you seen Kurapika?" Chrollo wondering looking between the spiders. Machi was the one to answer him. "In the bathroom brushing his hair." she said. Chrollo sighed getting up and walking to the bathroom looking in on the blonde who was surrounded by boxes of makeup. "What are you doing Kurapika?" Chrollo asked. Kurapika looked up only to let his eyes flicker back down to the sink. "Making myself as beautiful as you are."
