I was reminded of this silly self-indulgent Kalos-based fanfic universe I began writing after the announcement of Legends ZA last month and finally worked up the courage to post it. Fun fact: while I watched the original series on tape as a kid, I truly began to fall in love with Pokémon because of the XY & XYZ anime seasons. Sun and Moon tipped me fully into the fandom, but I will always remember XY fondly (Ash was robbed of his win in Kalos; change my mind). Unfortunately, because I didn't have a Pokémon-compatible console until the Switch (at age FIFTEEN) my first games were Sword and Shield. Anyway... I hope you enjoy! What he needs is a spark, a spark of genius to jolt his brain so he can create the best invention in the Kalos region! No, in the entire world!!! But with him becoming the Lumiose City gym leader and helping raise his little sister Bonnie, where can he find this spark? The spark to create the perfect invention. I had this idea for a story way before Legends ZA was announced. I just happened to finish writing it a few days before the game released. Good timing I guess ,:D
