So my life right now? A mess. I just escaped out of some CRAZY weird containment and now I'm supposed to move on with my entire family dead and save the world with 4 other teens that I've never seen in my life. And I'm supposed to have some sort of super power. No, I'm not a superhero. But this is the story of how I became one. ((OOC: Okay so I stink at descriptions, bear with me, this story gets better I promise!))

This was just an essay I had to write for my Literature class, but my teacher loved it and gave me an A+. I figured I'd share it with the world. It's about the time that Hermes had to tell Kalypso to let Odysseus leave the island.

Kalypso Nolan did not expect an eventful summer until her mother and stepfather pass in a car accident. She doesn't think she has any other relatives until a strange woman appears claiming to be her aunt. Suddenly Kaly is thrown into a world of magic and mischief. Her aunt tells her that she is the only possible fairy left that can find The Crystal Goblet, a mysterious cup that can give anyone who drinks from it their greatest wish. Her "ordinary" summer turns into a race against time to save the world.

But in secret, I work with my adoptive sister for the DEO to protect my city from alien life and anyone else threatening to cause it harm. I am, SUPERGIRL! Kalypso Ryan: When I was a child, my parents were killed by something impossible. Creatures that weren't from Earth. I spent a year jumping around from foster care to foster care till I found a perfect home. When I was 14, I met Kara Danvers, my best friend for 10 years now. And together we work at Cat Co. WorldWide Media. I work as a Marketing and Communications Manager. In secret I work with my best friend and her sister for the DEO to help protect National City from aliens and other threats. All rights go to CBS's SuperGirl except for Kaly Ryan, some dialogues and plots line. Those are mine.
