I mean, what kind of doctor likes to play video games all the time or is very clumsy to the point of tripping every minute? Not only that, he also bought an oddly weird-looking toy-belt thingy anywhere he goes, even to the toilet!! Meanwhile, they are facing a new sort of villain organization, or are those even humans to begin with? The creatures seemed to come out of a video game and start attacking people, causing symptoms of a video-game virus? Oh, how will this turn out?

This is the remastered version of Kamen Rider Gamer Wars, so let's begin. Take place in an alternate universe in the Game World Universe. Follow Nomura Ryoji as Ex-Aid as he fight in the game arena and fight to take part in the showdown battle tournament to be the Invincible Game Fighter.
