No it's more like a game by 2 side, Rider and monster name Jyamato. each side have a sponsor that support them and for safety purpose a neutral side was created to host the DGP this side is the DGP staff. the last DGP is too big to call a show and more like a war. the winner Ace Ukiyo ask if he can change his desire and everyone agrees with that. his desire make the world reset too far making a totally new world with new threat and new allies at the same time "supranatural". responding to this the DGP is making a new limitation that the player must be human with the exception halfbreed. after a few Year in the new world he wish. Ace Ukiyo decided to retire from DGP player and having his new life as a sponsor. "the old fighter will become legend and a new fighter will born" that sentence match with current situation. The Herta Space Station is seen being attacked by intergalactic monsters from the Antimatter Legion, followers of the Path of Destruction. Amidst the chaos, two Stellaron Hunters, Kafka and Silver Wolf, infiltrate the station and steal the Stellaron that was being safely held within it. Kafka takes hold of the Stellaron and inserts it into the body of an empty vessel generated by Silver Wolf. The vessel known as Stelle awakens, after which Kafka erases her memory, informs her of the future that lies ahead, and leaves. Stelle then fall unconscious. A now-amnesic Stelle wakes up and meets March 7th and Dan Heng. Both are traveling on the Astral Express, a large cosmic train that travels the universe along the eponymous "Star Rail". After eliminating the remaining threats from the Antimatter Legion, Stelle meets Himeko, the Navigator of the Astral Express, and Welt Yang, an interstellar traveler originating from the world of Honkai Impact 3rd. In an attempt to discover their origins and eliminate the threats of the remaining Stellarons, Stelle departs with the Astral Express crew. ... Or that's what "Destiny's Slave" Elio wrote in his script. However, beyond Elio's expectations, the Remembrance Aeon, Fuli, summoned Ace Kaslana - Kamen Rider Geats, who is another interstellar traveler originating from the world of Honkai Impact 3rd, to Herta Space Station and departs with the Astral Express crew. And from there, a future that "Destiny's Slave" could not predict began.

The story is set half a year after the Symphogears' war with Shem-Ha and the liberation of humanity from the Curse of Balal. At this time Kohinata Miku also became a Gears User and joined the S.O.N.G. One day when Hibiki and her friends are having a peaceful time at a sweet shop near their school, Tsubasa suddenly mentions Ukiyo Shiori, someone who might become Chris' girlfriend. Two weeks later, entities from a distant future suddenly appeared in the world of Symphogears along with Amou Kanade and Serena Cadenzavna Eve, two long-dead Gears users. Then, the city is suddenly attacked by mysterious beings known as Jyamato. Entities from the future transformed into Kamen Riders and decided to destroy Jyamato to protect the city and one of those Kamen Riders was Ukiyo Shiori, who became known as Kamen Rider Geats. After defending the city from Jyamato, Shiori told the Gears users that a world had come and that was her ideal world. What did Shiori say mean? Why do beings from the future come to the world of Symphogear? Why did Kanade and Serena manage to be revived? What is Jyamato's true purpose in ravaging the city? A story of a new adventure has officially begun.

Also this story is canon-divergence, or if I dont understand it correctly: different stuff from the show, contradicting canon stuff (this story has usage of AI (not alot but if you could tell before, you will be able to tell now).
