But not only that happened, but also a certain young man would fulfill his dream... in a certanly weird way. Baku Yorozu, a young man of around 17 Years Old, would turn into a secret agent after encountering a monstrous entity known as a Nightmare. Now, alongside Commander Zero, he will eradicate world's evil, starting with Paris, alongside the new heroes of the city. These, are the experiences being a Secret Agent... and, a Kamen Rider. Code No. 10 would take on a new Rider System called Meg and go by Agent M (He named himself). Eight would use a new Zeztz system, Neo Zeztz, and Nine would be the one to help develop the two. Sieg is one of the main antagonists and in this spin-off, he is alive in the real world. He gets intel that C.O.D.E is starting Code Somnia and had captured Nem. Kamen Rider Meg's new mission is to stop Sieg and find out who leaked the intel, but throughout the mission, he finds other intel, about C.O.D.E and about Zeztz.
