Izuku quirks awaken after the death of his mother Inko when he was 8 years old. He promised her that he will continue to follow his dreams. Izuku's has two quirks that are both SS rank. The first is a fast Regeneration quirk that allows him to heal within seconds. Fatal injuries or attacks that would kill a normal person in no time. Would just heal. A bullet to the head just annoys him. Image X-men Wolverine's Regeneration. His second quirk is a Emotional Enhancer. When he feels high amount of emotions. His stats increase to that emotion. Anguish is his most powerful emotion. With Rage and Anger close behind. Imagine the Hulk, but smarter and no green skin. All Might adopts him after his mother's death. He gets OFA at the start of his training. Three months before the U.A entrance exam his mother visited him and told him that she was proud of him and Kami has given him a new gift.
