Kamijou Touma is a level 0 that has an unusual power that can cancel out any sort of magic or spells, but not any physical attacks. Misaka was shown to have a bit of feelings for Touma, but doesn't want to reveal the feelings due to her personality. But what if a certain pair ends up setting those two together somehow? Will the setup even work properly? Only luck will tell.

This story is set in the world of To aru majutsu no Index, during the third world war in Russia, Yun Yun and Megumi are hired by the Elisania alliance, along with many other mercenary magicians, since in this war Yun Yun separates from her dear friend and ends face to face with a mysterious red-eyed albino teenager, the most powerful Esper in Academy City, ending in an incredible battle, in this cruel world war. From this meeting their destinies crossed When science and magic meet, the adventure begins.

Soon the Fairy Tail mages find themselves wrapped up in a new kind of magic with a strange little girl named Index at the center. Now, If Mikoto and her friends wish to survive the coming storm, they must battle a newly resurrected from the dead Grimoire Heart. The problem is.......Grimoire Heart aren't the only ones after Index.
