Hera Syndulla has just barely survived the Battle of Jakku. While in the bacta tank, she confronts a spectre from the past. [This is a revision/update of "You're Not Here (Alternate Version)". I wrote that fic before S4 aired, and it needed to be changed in accordance with the events of S4. Rebuilding Lothal and fighting the Empire hasn't given her much time to do a full out search for her old friend, but after the Empire's defeat at the Battle of Endor she finally had time to look with the help of ex-Jedi Ahsoka Tano she's off on one final mission to find Ezra or bust. But the Empire's far from gone. The Rebellion is ready to fight the last fight for freedom. And Ezra is closer than Sabine would ever imagine.
