The beloved Crooked Kingdom was very open-ended for us readers, but one thing was largely (almost unanimously) agreed on- Kaz and Inej ended up together, because love. Slowly but surely. They work together to work through their trauma (not completely, obviously). Inej doesn't just wait for Kaz, she waits with him. But her arrow has aim, after all. She is a slaver hunter, her name uttered in feared tones by the slavers. But she always comes back to Ketterdam. Home. Inej receives help from Kaz when needed (among other things), and has stayed close to Jesper, Wylan, and the feisty Nina. Anyways, this is about them. I desperately tried to keep everyone in character! I've never really done anything on Wattpad, so with that.... ENJOY! What would Jordie think if his little brother died in some nameless alley because he couldn't conquer some stupid sickness inside him? What anyone think if Dirtyhands was bested by some nobody looking to make a quick buck? Another thought came less easily, but managed to mount icy fear and prickling hot shame more than any other, What would Inej think? She had said she wanted him without armor, and now that it had been ripped away, he was going to die. She would come back from her year at sea and find him long dead and gone. Would she care at all? What if she had let him go? No. She wouldn't do that. Inej had always believed in him. She trusted him, cared about him, and never, never gave up on him. Everyone else had, hadn't they? He had to survive the night. Even if it was only for the childish hope, the small, stupid hope that she might come back to him someday.

Three years following the events of Crooked Kingdom, Kuwei Yul-Bo is found dead under unexpected circumstances. Kaz Brekker have been having dreams. Jesper Fahey and Wylan Hendriks have called it quits. Inej Ghafa has finally returned to Ketterdam after her longest stint away at sea. Forced to band together once disaster strikes, the Crows must wage a war against a hostile enemy in a city turned nightmarish: battling threats they've only ever dreamt of. "And what exactly should you be to me, Wraith?" he seethed down at her, suddenly angered. Why did he find himself staring at her mouth? He'd expected her to say friends, or to at least settle on allies, but her real response was a fist to the gut. "Was Jordie just an investment to you too, Kaz?" Kaz went still. Inej's eyes widened slowly in realization. "Kaz, I-" she started. "No," Kaz murmured, "My brother was not an investment." "I didn't mean-" "-And I lost him," he snapped his gaze to her with sudden force, "But you know what I don't lose, Wraith? I don't lose on my investments. I always invest wisely. I always read the market. And I always turn a profit. I intend to do just that."

This is a Grishaverse fan fiction. It takes place after the events of Rule of Wolves. It includes all (main) charactersy from Shadow and Bone and Six of Crows. Ness is from Kerch. Or at least that's what she tells everybody. She has been taken to Fjerda to face what she's been running away from. Meanwhile, Calvin, Jesper and Wylan's adopted Kaelish son, had just discovered a hidden power he didn't know he had. He has been hauled off to the Little Palace to train. But someone is coming to him in the night. Who is she, and what does she want?

What if Kaz was an Inferni that burned the Reaper's Barge? What if Nina was a normal Ravkan girl with new secrets to hide? What if Matthias discovered he had the powers of the very people his country hated? Etovost is "thatness", a Grisha theory term that defines qualities that make a thing unique, unlike any other thing in the universe. It is what sets Grisha apart from Otkazat'sya, those blessed with power and those not. This story is the "thatness" to Six of Crows' "thisness", where like calls to slightly altered like. Etovost is a Grishaverse/Six-of-Crows-specific AU in which every Grisha is now Otkazat'sya, and every Otkazat'sya becomes Grisha. It is unlike any other thing in the canon Grishaverse. Much will be changed. But there will still be mourners, and there will still be funerals. The fear that Kaz struck in people often made them overlook Kaz's, right-hand man. Jesper Fahey, Kaz's very own sharpshooter never missed, even when the shot seemed impossible. There was a reason Kaz kept him as close as he did. While it was easy to play off as it was Jesper's endless skills with a gun and the uncanny ability to talk himself out of almost every situation he found himself in. It would take one particular job Kaz takes on for the crows to start to see the deeper reason Kaz kept Jesper around.

Pekka Rollins has been dethroned, and Kaz must do his best to claim the title of King of The Barrel, but the competition is nearly as cunning as he is, and the ever-changing web of alliances in Ketterdam is already shifting, learning to operate without its late ruler. The monster of a city has a way of keeping one disoriented, new foes crop up and businesses collapse in the blink of an eye. Timing is key, but Kaz has underestimated just how crucial it is, and how hard it will be to gather information with his ex-Wraith flitting in and out of the city. Inej has her ship, and has reunited with her parents but everything is not quite so perfect as it seems. She didn't realize how hard it would be to see her parents again after everything she's been through. No longer an innocent child, she struggles to explain everything she's done. They understand what was survival, and there is no blame for her actions, but her parents recoil at her ideas of hunting down slavers, labeling it brash and foolish. Which it just may be, lacking a true foundation and plan. She can't simply go cavorting about the open sea and hope to find slavers. So she turns to Kaz, in the hopes of starting something new, to root out the worst of the worst, on the seas and in the city.

This is where I'm going to write down my fandom thoughts, mostly about Six of Crows. It will have headcanons and story ideas but also just random little things I realize about the fandoms.

When you weren't looking, I was watching. I saw the way you smiled, I saw the way your eyes twinkled when you looked at them. You never noticed me, but I noticed you. This is something way out of my comfort zone. My comfort zone is trashy Lunar Chronicles fan fiction. This is a little of everything. Dynamics of relationships from other fandoms, something to just get the creative juices flowing I guess. So if you don't know what this story is, neither do I. And as for title and the everything. I thought of it while coming up with story ideas and for some reason this one stuck. And although it may never actually make sense, I love it. Chapters one and two- Kaz and Inej, Six Of Crows
