*first story* (Reader) an unfortunate event takes place near your home. You're ambushed... But not by ghouls. You awake in a lab. And escape without any recollection. You've definitely changed... You're no longer human. Not a ghoul either. What are you?... A ghoul infested neighborhood, doves under non-stop surveillance and attack, along with your awakening. Could you so easily love the people you could so easily hurt. Would that be selfish of you? To try to love while being the hybrid you are. Can you learn to control your awakening for the ones you love, or will it be too late...But it's not really your fault. You can't help it. It's always been just Touka and her younger brother Ayato. Ever since their parents died it's only ever been them two. Ever since they lost their parents they've been running, never staying in one place to long. Lately Touka has been reckless, staying in places longer than she used to. Could it be that she's slowly realising that there isn't a place in this world for people like her. Or could it be because of a certain shy quite boy who knows all her secrets but still smiles at her.
