Now, they are trapped inside an high school with a few of their surviving friends, trying to survive and escape. Along the way, they find that it is harder to confess when you never know who might die. Should they care more about their feelings? Or should they be more worried about escaping with their friends and making it to the Altean Safehouse, even if they may never see the ones they love again if they do?

Lance McClain has cystic fibrosis but that doesn't stop him from enjoying life. He's been in and out of the hospital a lot. He likes to be in control of everything and doesn't take risks because he doesn't want to jeopardize him getting new lungs. He has to stay 6 feet away from other Cfers and he doesn't mind but that all changes when he meets Keith Kogane. Keith Kogane also has cystic fibrosis but he doesn't like the hospital. When Keith finally comes back from his timely adventures on his space whale while bonding with his Mother and Romelle, he tries to reach the Castle of Lions and finds out from the blade that the Correlation hasn't been able to reach the for months and Voltron had disappeared from public radar faster then Thanos finger snap. (heh Lance would have been proud of that joke) But apparently, Shiro has been kidnapped AGAIN, the rest of Paladins have gone MIA, Coran gets found floating into space in a healing pod stuck in a coma, almost bleeding to death all while he start to have the weird Galra puberty and- really all Keith wants is to cuddle with Lance and sleep because being Black Paladin shouldn't be this hard, seriously he could see the bright sliver of gray in his black locks, a scary sight within it's self but that couldn't compare to the true horrors that reveal themselves when he finds that his friends, family- aren't really themselves. (Aka Keith has to save his family from falling deeper into the edge one step at a time as they are all turned against him while slowly losing his own sanity in the process, using music to hopefully calm the panic that wants to consume his soul) Chapters 1/?
