Peak devastation hits when they receive a small look into what Keith is enduring, and it encourages them to work faster. When Keith finally returns, he's different. He suffered plenty physically pain, but the Paladins have no idea what mental pain he may have gone through and is still going through. They can tell Keith is keeping something from them. As Keith fights the mental abuse he weighs down on himself everyday, he also fights the flashes that are consistently pushing forward and making themselves known. There's something wrong about him, something inside him he didn't feel before. He knows it, but not what to do about it. Keith's scared, how is he supposed to fight this alone? He does not realize he doesn't have to. Also the first few parts are badly written. They were from when I first started writing. All his life, his family had warned him to never go close to the shore, for fear of being seen; and all his life, Lance had listened to those warnings. So how come he now found himself not only near the shore, but with a human object in his arms? Maybe it was the way the light shone off it, or the strange feeling he had to need to know more about it. Shiro can clone himself, Keith has super speed and can control temperature, Pidge can create and control illusions and hallucinations, Lance has mental manipulation(mind control) and Hunk can control metal. The ex-principal's daughter is a shapeshifter and has perfect voice manipulation. The principal now is unknown. He's there, just no one knows much about him.

Lance had left him and their unborn child with only a note and a broken heart. --- It's been 13 years since Lance left Keith alone in their old apartment. He wakes up one day to find Katie Holt, more commonly known as Pidge, and a teenage girl with those same violet eyes from so long ago claiming to be Keith's daughter with a scowl on her face and a small locket. Pidge hands him Keith's will and due to Keith forgetting to change it after their break up, it states that if something happens to him everything would go to Lance, including his child. Now Lance is stuck with a strange girl who is the daughter of his ex because of Keith forgetting to change it after 13 years.

Hey guys yes I know I was suppose to post my other story of Hurt and Betrayed but I got a message for joining a writing challenged guess you could call it and as you all know I am a sucker for Voltron and especially Keith (hehehehhe) But I really wanted to join this as I know this chance may never come again. Also Voltron is ending so I might as well vent through Voltron stories but even though it's ending it will always have a special place in my heart.
