Naruto, Anna, Shikamaru and Sakura are executing their mission of delivering a lost pet to a certain village. However, right in the midst of things, troops led by two mysterious knights; Temujin and Tsuki attack them. In the violent battle, the four of them become separated. Temujin challenges Naruto to a fight, while Tsuki challenges Anna to the same and at the end of the fierce battle, the four of them fall together from a high cliff. After being found and helped by the leader of a caravan who hired the leaf shinobi, the young children travelled along with them while getting to know more about each other with secrets evolving roundabout one another. This movie takes place after the episode 160 right in between the Mizuki Tracking mission and the Search For The Bikochu Beetle Mission.
