Y/N knew Hikaru Hitachiin and Kouru Hitachiin in middle school. Her and Tamaki Suoh 's parents were good friends so they knew each other at 5-8. So, at the end of middle school, her parents gave Y/N away to the Fujioka family. So the Fujioka family adopted Y/N and now Y/N and her " brother " Haruhi had to go to Ouran High School.
