'Close' wasn't the first thing that came to mind when Todomatsu thought about his relationships with his older brothers. Osomatsu was a shitty eldest, Karamatsu was painful, Choromatsu was boring, Ichimatsu was a creep, Jyushimatsu was annoying and then there was him, the stupid youngest. But as much as his brothers pissed him off, he truly did love them. And that included painful Karamatsu. Which was why when he got home one day and saw his history was full of suicide methods after Karamatsu recently borrowed it, his non-existent heart almost stopped beating right then and there.

Why Ichimatsu Hates Karamatsu

Karamatsu doesn't believe he should be included among his beloved brothers. Can they help change his mind?

This book is Osomatsu-san angst. And by adding "san", I mean every Matsu. Not just Osomatsu. Not just Karamatsu. Not just Choromatsu. Not just Ichimatsu. Not just Jyushimatsu. Not just Todomatsu. Was it my fault? Chibita died. Karamatsu blames himself.

He opened his eyes, seeing the night sky. He look beside himself and saw various items scattered across the ground. He talked to him self "I see my brothers are stronger than I believed. I suppose I should be glad they stood to their ground."

Karamatsu is always ignored by his brothers. Most of them want him to change... and by that they regret why they treat their brother different.

Stages of Sorrow 1 - You encounter a brand new, monochrome world that you're forced to accept wether you like it or not. 2 - You are forced to keep each and every emotion inside, like dead grass that has been covered in inches upon inches of thick, pure snow in the dead of winter. 2.5 - You feel a particular numbness, and the only way that it will go away, is for a strong force to melt your ice cold mind back to its original state. Karamatsu runs away from home to avoid the teasing and tormenting he gets from his brothers. Jyushimatsu tries to figure out the missing pieces of this puzzle. Is this something he made up, or did karamatsu really die..?
