When a looming threat hurts Kara's family she takes fate into her own hands, hunting down the Monitor no matter what it takes. If she can survive long enough she'll be faced with the struggle of finding who she was once again, but she's not the only one needing answers. Something is plaguing Lena's mind, and she needs the truth. This story started out as a 3 parter but there was just too much potential for me to leave it at that.

Kara, perhaps out of a want for thoroughness in her story, perhaps out of a Millennial-born urge to creep on a the social media of a woman she finds intriguing, discovers that Lena Luthor has a pretty active following on Instagram one afternoon not long after their first meeting. She debates it, just for a moment, before following Lena.

Lena and Kara have been dating for a year and both think that they should move forward in their relationship. Moving in together is their next big step but while helping Kara pack, Lena discovers a secret Kara has been trying to keep... ***Contains spoilers for season 6*** This is my first fan fic but please enjoy!

Lena make sure she eats food, no take out, and drinks water. Kara for the love of god don't make this worse than it is. I will be over tonight to take care of you. Lena, thank you." "No no no, Alex. Słyszałam wokół płacz, jęki, krzyki. Wszystko spowodowane było bólem. Ludzie najbliżej wybuchu umarli, osoby znajdujące się dalej zostały napromieniowane bardzo niebezpiecznym związkiem z obcej planety. Nie zdążyłam na czas by zapobiec tragedii. Tak jak myślałam w fiolce znajdował się krypton. Tylko on potrafił wyrządzić mi krzywdę. Dawka była tak potężna, że jedyne co teraz czuję to wypalanie ciała od wewnątrz. Leżałam w bezruchu, oczy powoli zaczęły mi się zamykać. Coraz ciszej słyszałam, widziałam za mgłą. Usłyszałam jednak znany mi głos. Brunetka o jasnozielonych oczach nachyliła się nade mną ze strachem w oczach, wołała o pomoc, zaczęła szlochać. Nie miałam już siły, byłam tak senna, że pulsujący ból nie przeszkodził mi by zamknąć oczy i zasnąć. Wtedy nie byłam świadoma, że od tego przeszywającego wzroku zielonookiej wszystko się zacznie.

Continuing from Season 6's mid-season finale with Kara and Zor-El's return from the Phantom Zone, Kara stumbles to deal with her trauma and she finds herself leaning on Lena for support. Meanwhile, Lena struggles to keep some feelings to herself as she grows closer to Alex, her new drinking buddy.

Kara Danvers has spent years trying to be normal, but when she meets Lena Luthor, owner of LCorp, something changes. Now, she sees her all over town, always there, always in the back of her mind. So can supergirl manage her feelings? Will it lead to something more?

That night had changed everything. Kara texted her the next morning asking to meet up because they 'needed to talk', and Lena thought for sure it was over. That she was going to walk into Noonan's a scared and fragile woman and leave as a forever destroyed and permanently broken one. However, when she got to Noonan's, she saw Kara's face, and before she could plead for forgiveness, her lips were captured by Kara's, and the rest was history.

Even though it was just the two of them, knowing Kara's endless pit of a stomach, Lena had learned that when it came to cooking for her other half, it was best to double, even triple the recipe. So, here she was making a lasagna (which by the way could potentially feed five more people) on their weekly date night.

Who'd have thought it? A Luthor and a Super working together. Lena realises her feelings for Kara have become much more than just those of admiration.
