An outrage. That's what this was. This university was more than big enough. And yet, out of all the students he could have gotten paired with. It had to be him. He wasn't about to stand for it, and as much as the others enjoyed a good game. He wasn't in the mood to hear the man's constant whining. So here they were. Both sitting in the principal's swanky office. Asano with his legs crossed, hands folded calmly and neatly. A polite but cold smile on his features. While the redhead opposite of him sat a bit more slouched, legs not folded. His arms crossed and a less than pleased expression on his face. The two 19 year olds radiated that usual threatening aura. After battling it out against one another for several years of their highschool life. The pair were more than ready to bid each other goodbye. What they had neither would call it a friendship, rather a respectful rivalry. But both would agree it was time to seek other rivals in college. And while the run had been fun, Asano wanted nothing more than to study without fear of Akabane screwing with him. He'd let himself imagine it. Let himself dream of that life. And this was the cost. He'd jinxed it! Because of course Akabane had to go to the same college as him and what more he was his roommate. No way. He was finally legally old enough to move out of his house. Living in a dorm wasn't exactly ideal. But it would do. A break from his father's overbearing eyes watching him for several years. Just his luck that he traded one idiot for another.

When Gakushū decided he wants a divorce, Karma promised to sign the papers on the condition that Gakushū fulfills two requests. One, that they must act as if they are still together Infront of their son Youta because of his upcoming exam, and two, that for seven days Gakushū must take Karma out on dates for the last time, and every night he must carry Karma to bed as if they were newlyweds

Why does he do it? annoying him, angering him, making petty remarks, relentlessly teasing him, all for what? Oh right, his attention. All for his undivided attention. Karma craves attention, that's just who he is. Growing up with absent parents who barely bat him an eye, Karma thought that the only way to be noticed was to be an absolute menace, and..well...in a way he was right, people noticed him because of the reputation he built for himself as the violent, prankster delinquent of Kunogigaoka. For a while he was fine with that sort of attention, until he meets his academic rival Asano Gakushuu, the first person to stand against him, compete with him and almost won. Karma has made it his mission to annoy, frustrate, irritate, and pester his strawberry blonde rival, enjoying the attention he gets from him(no matter how bad the attention was he didn't care) that is until one day, Gakushuu just stops. He stops giving Karma what he wanted...his attention, he stops looking at Karma, yelling at him, talking to him. Karma is bothered, extremely bothered, but a question bothers him even more. Asano Gakushū is fed up in the bullshit called love. Still single at the age of twenty six, he aimlessly stumbles on life. Wake up early, skip breakfast, go to work, go home to an empty house, et cetera. And then, things change when he stumbles on a ad for AIs, and decides to purchase a red haired AI to be his companion.

It's been one year after Koro-Sensei was killed. The world was now conformed into a dull moment. The government banned emotions, evil intent was unheard of, happiness rarely achieved. Karma Akabane wouldn't have any of that. Asano Gakushuu couldn't help but agree. *Can be read without knowing Assassination Classroom, no characters other than Asano and Karma show up, they are described in the story, one other character is mentioned briefly but nothing major*

Prom is usually met with anticipation and excitement, unfortunately for certain couples, the actual prom proposal is about to get very dangerous, very quickly
