What do you do when the one person you trusted most just leaves? Better yet, what do you do when they suddenly come back? Karter Summers is about to find out just that. I don't want you to hear anything. Call 911 after." He said his voice soft calming me down a bit. "But-" "Everything will be okay. Put your hands over your ears and sing." He added with a slight smile, a single tear coming from his eye. "It will all be okay." He said reassuring me, but it sounded as though he was telling that to himself more than me. I put my hands over my ears and started singing Twinkle Twinkle Little Star over and over again. I closed my eyes. I just wanted this to be all over. I wanted this all to be some weird dream. I heard something I never heard before. I heard a loud bang come from the bathroom and kept singing louder. And replaying his words in my mind. "As long as there are stars in the night sky, i will still be with you." Many things happened when Alex Karter Price was a child be nothing will prepare for what comes her way next when she is forced to live with her alcoholic mother. Tristan was her best friend, but he changed so much in those short years since she saw him last. The nicest kid in school turned into, The Bad Boy.

My friend Lily and I decided that we should be writing this story together after a break up of hers. This whole story was based off of how she felt. It started as just her and not long after, I became a part of it so I could make corrections and add to it when she couldn't. I hope you enjoy the story!
